The AzubiSolution Onboarding Process

REQUIREMENTS

AGE

You have to be at least 18 years old to apply for Ausbildung. The maximum age is 35 years.

EDUCATION

It's important that you've finished school successfully. A school certificate is mandatory for the Ausbildung.

CERTIFIED GERMAN LANGUAGE LEVEL

Minimum B1-level for Ausbildung in hotel- and restaurant-sector
Minimum B2-level for Ausbildung in nursing-sector

STEP 1: DOCUMENTS

  • Ensure your CV is in the branding of Europass and is error-free.
  • Provide a clear, well-organized document highlighting your education and work experience.
  • Please send us your CV with a professional application photo of yourself in good quality.
  • Ensure your motivation letter is in the branding of Europass and is error-free.
  • DO NOT USE ChatGPT or other artificial text creators. The German companies know exactly what is written by yourself or by machine!
  • Please write about your motivation doing the Ausbildung, your pre-experience and why you would like to come to Germany.
  • Ensure your language certificate is valid for at least 3 months from the application date.
  • Send us your certificate from Goethe, TELC or ÖSD (depending on the current regulations of the German Embassy of your country).
  • Attach a professional photo in JPG format
  • Maintain a polished appearance to make a good first impression.
  • Ensure your passport is valid for at least 12 months from the application date.
  • Provide a clear photo of the passport page where all your details are visible, like your name, birthdate, address etc.

Too ensure everything goes smoothly, please make sure to send us the following documents in the specified formats with the correct labels:

  • cv_europass.pdf:
    Your CV in Europass format as PDF-File.

  • motivation_letter.pdf:
    Your motivation letter in as PDF-File.

  • language_certificate.pdf:
    Language certificate as PDF-File.

  • photo.jpg:
    A photo of yourself as JPG-File.

  • passport.pdf:
    Your passport as PDF-File.

STEP 2: GET-TO-KNOW-CALL

Once we have all your necessary documents and we checked everything, you will be invited to a virtual Teams or Zoom Meeting. This Meeting will take about 20 – 30 minutes.

To make things smooth, please be on time and make sure you have a solid internet connection, a good microphone, and a quiet space with a plain and clean background.

The main goal of this conversation is to get to know you better and figure out if you’d be a great fit as an apprentice with our partner companies. Your language skills, in German, are key factors in deciding if we move forward in the application process.

AS SOON AS YOU PASSED OUR GET-TO-KNOW-CALL SUCCESSFULLY, YOU WILL GET ACCESS TO OUR INTERNAL ONBOARDING AREA!

AzubiSolution is partnering with Sprachschule Aktiv!

Together, we offer an intensive German course in Germany, that helps you improve your language skills for your Ausbildung in Germany. After the course with Sprachschule Aktiv (at least until B1), you can send us your documents and we help you find an Ausbildung in Germany.
